Private one-on-one lessons are a great way to either start your practice or deepen & advance your existing practice. Sessions can be based on yoga, strength training, barre or a combination. We will design a tailored session based on your goals and needs to get you where you want to be!


Looking for a fun, healthy activity to do with a loved one? We also offer private sessions for couples. Just like our one-on-one privates, they will be tailored based on your goals need. It is a great way to spend time with and connect with your significant other while doing something amazing for body and mind.
