Kundalini Workshop with Ignite Sadhana
Kundalini yoga is a more spiritual practice with precise movements. It involves chanting, moving, & breathing in specific patterns to activate your Kundalini energy.
Through this workshop you will begin to awaken this spiritual energy throughout your body, enhance your awareness, & find meditative states.
After this 60 minute Practice, you will begin Wim Hof Method breathing. The WHM breath work accompanied by the healing vibrations of a full chakra set of sound bowls will bring you to a complete state of relaxation.

Movement is essential, but not always accessible for everyone. It requires access to safe, comfortable places, money for shoes, clothes, memberships, props, transportation, child care, etc., & an inclusive environment for all bodies, abilities, race, gender, & language.
The Movement Foundation raises money to offer grants to individuals & organizations working to make movement more accessible & inclusive for all.

Put yourself in the expert hands of certified WHM Instructors to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.
Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical health, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about - this workshop offers something for everyone.
The workshop will kick off with an introduction to the Wim Hof Method, Wim himself, and the benefits. Then you will participate in a breathing session and an (optional) ice bath.
