What is your cancellation policy and what happens if I miss a class?
You must cancel 4 hours prior to class beginning to avoid late cancel charges. This allows someone else wishing to take class the opportunity to take your spot. Late cancels will result in either a $10 fee for members or loss of the class for drop-ins/pack holders. No-show fees are the same. If there is an emergency, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if I'm late to class?
We ask you to arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time. This allows you the time to set up with any equipment or props, settle in, and maintain the calm environment before class. This also allows the teacher time to check everyone in, situate the class, and note injuries while still starting class on time. If you are late to class and we have not given away your spot to a walk-in client, you may still join. Just come in, and try not to disturb other clients who have already begun their workout or yoga class. Make sure to check in with the teacher after class.
Can I move my reservation?
If you are outside the 4-hour no-cancellation window, you can cancel your class and sign up for another one without any penalty. If you are not within the cancellation window, you will be charged a late fee for cancelling.
How far in advance can I reserve my class?
14 days. Afternoon and evening classes tend to sell out, so make it a point to book them in advance.
Do you allow walk-ins?
Yes, but be mindful that some classes fill up and walk-in space will not be available. Make sure to arrive at least 5 minutes early if you would like to do a walk-in so the teacher has time to add you to the roster.
What is the wait list?
f the class you want is fully booked, you can get on our wait list. As people cancel, you will be contacted to join in the order you had signed up. If you cannot make it, you will not be charged.
What if I need to leave a class a little early?
We ask that you avoid this. The stretching portion of class is just as important as the workout to avoid injuries and tightness. In Yoga, savasana requires quiet. If you have to leave early please do so before savasana begins so any commotion does not disturb your community members during this important time. Also, please let the instructor know before class begins.
Do I need to bring a mat for class?
Yes- If you don't have your own, we have mat rentals available for $2.
Do you offer towels?
Yes- Towel rentals are available for $1.
